Job description
We are looking a DevOps engineer to join our team. This is a mid-level role that is focused on the following:
- Provision and deploy software using Ansible, Terraform, Helm, Kustomize, primarily on Debian.
- Deploy web apps on Windows servers.
- Prepare apps and write scripts for cloud agnostic automation and provisioning.
Our applications are mainly built with Django/Ninja, Nginx, Celery & Postgres.
At INDEV, we value continuous learning and professional growth. That's why we set aside 20% of our work time specifically for RnD, upskilling, and exploring exciting projects and technologies. Our current focus is on developing internal tools & libararies, improving our documentation, extending our CI/CD pipelines, refining collaboration processes and exploring new cutting-edge fields (Machine Learning, MLOps). As a result, our employees are required to work 4 days per week on company projects and dedicate 1 day to their RnD project.
Your day will look a bit like this:
- Maintain and improve automation scripts and processes, including CI/CD.
- Perform and monitor automated application deployments.
- Create and update technical documentation.
- Troubleshoot system and application problems.
- Handle day-to-day internal IT support tasks and improve relevant processes and automation.
- Work for highly technical managers, who are also engineers.
- Be part of a creative and supportive work environment that values and respects all team members.

- Fluency (verbal and written) in Greek and English is a requirement.

Job requirements
- 2+ years in IT operations or DevOps engineering on Linux systems.
- Experience with Docker, Ansible or Terraform
The following skills will be appreciated:
- Knowledge of Kubernetes (including Helm and/or ArgoCD)
- Good knowledge and experience with networks
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP etc.)
- Administration of Windows systems
- Experience using version control systems (mainly Git)
- Familiarity with databases, especially Postgres
