We are now seeking a Power Platform Engineer (Mid to Mid-Senior) to join our team and help design, develop, and deploy enterprise-grade tools and applications that create measurable value for our clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) to optimize and automate business processes.

  • Engage directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into structured, scalable, and compliant workflows.

  • Integrate solutions with cloud and on-premises data sources across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.

  • Produce technical specifications, solution documentation, and maintainable code.

  • Conduct testing, validation, and troubleshooting to ensure solutions meet performance and security standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, DevOps, operations) to support deployment and lifecycle management of Power Platform applications.

  • Stay current with the latest features, capabilities, and best practices of Microsoft Power Platform and related technologies.

Job requirements

  • 3–5 years of professional experience as a Power Platform Developer/Engineer.

  • Hands-on expertise in Power Apps and Power Automate.

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 ecosystem, including Dynamics 365 and SharePoint.

  • Experience with data modeling, data integration, and connections to multiple data sources.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to work effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.

  • Solid understanding of enterprise software development principles and best practices.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to deliver in complex, regulated environments.

10 days per month on-site (Agia Paraskevi)

Nice to Have

  • RDBMS experience (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle), beneficial for app design, data dependencies, and Power BI integration.

  • Familiarity with Azure-based CI/CD pipelines for application deployment across environments (UAT, PROD), as well as concepts of disaster recovery and availability.

  • Basic scripting knowledge in Python or PowerShell, particularly for extending SharePoint and building Azure Functions to perform Graph API operations.

  • Understanding of enterprise data security, compliance, and regulated workflows.
